It’s not unknown that the Covid-19 pandemic uprooted the wedding community. Between social gathering restrictions, supply chain limited availability, and general unease it was a time of uncertainty. Victoria & Justin first approached me in 2019, way before Covid reared it’s ugly head. We had a really fun time at their Engagement Session and I was genuinely thrilled to photograph their 2020 wedding.
Queue Covid….
Like many couples at that time, these two were faced with many reschedules and ultimately changed their original plans completely. They decided to still get married in July of 2020 at an intimate affair on their family’s private farm. Masks and social distancing played a huge role, but that didn’t stop the romance.
Fast forward to 2021 and they are FINALLY able to celebrate their day. I was with them through all the challenges, and silently rooting for them the entire way. So when their day finally came, I was over the moon for them. They could actually celebrate the way they wanted to – with their closest family and friends.
